Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Carefully pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cleaning solutions to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
